Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data TransisTrade collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), the broker credentials you authorise, the alert payloads you route through TransisTrade, and basic usage telemetry necessary to operate the service.
2. How we use your data
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To authenticate requests and protect against abuse.
- To provide support and respond to inquiries.
- To send transactional notifications about your account.
3. How we store it
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3. Broker credentials and webhook secrets are encrypted at rest using AWS KMS. Operational backups are retained for 30 days.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with carefully vetted subprocessors (payment processing, email delivery, observability) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
5. Your choices
You can export or delete your account data at any time from within the TransisTrade portal. You can also email privacy@transistrade.com to exercise any data rights granted by GDPR, UK-GDPR, or CCPA.
6. International transfers
TransisTrade operates globally. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions.
7. Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for legal and accounting requirements.
8. Security
We maintain a structured security program that includes role-based access, least-privilege production access, and continuous vulnerability monitoring. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@transistrade.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
