Refund Policy
How TransisTrade handles subscription refunds and trial conversions.
Trials
New workspaces start with a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card is required to start, and no charges are made until you explicitly upgrade.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation prevents the next charge but the plan stays active until the end of the current month. Partial refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Within 14 days of purchase (or the trial equivalent), a full refund is available on request.
Exceptions
If we materially fail to deliver the service described in your plan (extended outage beyond our SLA), we will pro-rate a service credit automatically. In rare cases we may refund at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email billing@transistrade.com from the address on your account with your workspace ID. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
